DVCHomeResort.com connects members who own priority at one resort with members and renters who need it at another. Every transaction is protected by escrow and a binding contract.
Struggling to find availability within 7 months of your check-in date? Purchased on the secondary market and locked out of certain resorts? DVCHomeResort was built for exactly that.
Our technology connects members who want to stay at a specific resort directly with you — the verified owner at that home resort. No middleman, no third-party inventory, no guesswork.
Owners at high-demand resorts like Riviera, Cabins at Fort Wilderness, and Disneyland Hotel can rent their priority bookings to members who can't access those properties on their own, collect payment in escrow, and use that income to book their own stay elsewhere — often for little or nothing out of pocket.
Sign up, verify your DVC membership, and list the points you want to rent from your 11-month home resort window. You set the price per point and the dates you are offering.
When a renter needs your resort during your available dates, the exchange connects you. Both parties review the terms — resort, dates, points, and price.
Both you and the renter sign a binding contract. The renter's payment goes directly into escrow — held securely until the reservation is confirmed by Disney.
You book the reservation through your DVC account using your home resort priority. Once Disney confirms it, escrow releases your payment. Done.
Search by resort, dates, and price. See real listings from verified DVC members who own home resort priority at the property you want.
Found a listing that works? Request it. Or post what you are looking for and let the exchange find a match automatically.
Review the binding contract. Your payment is held in escrow — it is never released to the owner until Disney confirms your reservation.
The owner books your stay using their 11-month priority window. Once confirmed, you receive your reservation details. You are going to Disney.
We believe in transparency. Here is exactly what it costs.
When a renter books, their payment is submitted to DVCHomeResort.com and held until check-in day. The owner makes the reservation using their home resort priority. On check-in day, the service fee is deducted and the balance is released to the owner via their chosen payment method.
For owners: You know the money is real and committed before you book anything. No chargebacks, no uncertainty. You get paid on check-in day.
For renters: Your money is held by DVCHomeResort.com until your stay begins. If the reservation cannot be completed, you get a full refund. No risk.
The right member. The right resort. Connected by technology.
When you buy a DVC contract, you get the right to book your home resort 11 months in advance. Other resorts open at 7 months. This 4-month head start is called home resort priority, and it is why high-demand resorts like Riviera and Poly are so hard to book unless you own there.
Other rental sites sell generic DVC points. The broker books wherever they can at the 7-month window. DVCHomeResort.com is different — every listing comes from a verified owner with 11-month priority at that specific resort. You are not hoping for availability. You are booking directly from someone who owns priority there.
DVC members have always been able to make reservations for guests. DVCHomeResort.com provides the marketplace, the contract, and the escrow — but the reservation is made by the member through their own DVC account, just like it has always worked.
There are no upfront fees to list your points. DVCHomeResort.com charges a small per-point service fee that is deducted from your rental proceeds on check-in day. We only get paid when you get paid. The service fee covers payment processing, contract generation, and member support.
If the owner cannot complete the reservation for any reason, the renter receives a full refund from escrow. The escrow system exists specifically to protect both parties.
Yes. Your membership includes unlimited listings across all your DVC contracts. If you own at three resorts, you can list priority at all three.
