What if the renter cancels? +

The binding contract outlines cancellation terms agreed upon by both parties. In most cases, escrow funds remain protected. You're never left holding an unbooked reservation without recourse.

Do I keep my home resort priority? +

Absolutely. That's the whole point. You list your home resort points during the 11-month window when only you can book them. This is the advantage renters are paying for — and why your points command premium prices.

Can I set my own price? +
